Communication Strategist – Brand Strategy & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Communication Strategist who blends creativity with strategic thinking to shape powerful brand narratives and marketing communication plans. You will define brand voice, messaging, and channel mix, working at the intersection of audience insight, creative direction, and platform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
• Design integrated communication strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Support new‑business pitches with strategic communication ideas and narratives.
• Analyse audience insights, market trends, and competitor activity to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Translate insights into clear creative briefs and direction.
• Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team, monitor performance and ensure accountability.
• Assist project management to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Track communication effectiveness and generate learnings for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to turn insights into impactful creative direction.
• Highly organised with disciplined workflow and time management.
