Commis I/II/III – Restaurant Team Member

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Commis I/II/III and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work under senior chefs, preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes while embodying the brand’s spirit of warmth and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workspace following food‑handling protocols.
• Prepare requisitions and manage inventory of supplies and food items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a cook or trainee in a 5‑star hotel or high‑standard restaurant.
• Basic knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and noisy kitchen environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards.
