Commis Chef – Multiple Levels

About the role
The hotel is seeking motivated Commis Chefs for multiple openings at levels 1, 2 and 3. Working in a 5‑star luxury property in Kakinada, you will be part of a diverse kitchen team that serves Tandoor, South Indian, Bakery & Confectionery, Continental, Oriental and Indian cuisines.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in preparing and plating dishes across the listed cuisines.
- Support daily kitchen operations in a high‑end hotel environment.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency.
Required profile
- Hospitality or Culinary degree/diploma (essential).
- Minimum three years of experience in food production.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel kitchen.
