About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Commis Chefs (levels I, II and III) to join our kitchen team in Govandi, Mumbai. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and production.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and food‑safety guidelines.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Handle assigned kitchen sections and support senior kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Required profile
- Freshers with basic kitchen knowledge are welcome.
- Prior experience in bakery, QSR, hotels, restaurants, or food production is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and overtime.
- Basic understanding of food preparation and hygiene practices.
