Cold Calling Representative for E‑commerce Platforms

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our sales outreach team and connect with e‑commerce businesses across India. The primary goal is to introduce Axentra OS, an all‑in‑one operating system for Shopify stores, and secure product demos through cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to e‑commerce merchants to present Axentra OS.
• Schedule and confirm product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow‑up records.
• Achieve monthly demo targets as defined by the compensation plan.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach scripts.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with diverse business owners.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, web development and SEO.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.

Required skills

What we offer

• On‑site stipend of ₹5,000 per month plus travel allowance up to ₹1,500.
• Remote commission structure: ₹2,750 for 10 demos (incl. ₹250 bonus) and ₹5,500 for 20 demos (incl. ₹500 bonus).
• Flexible 4‑hour workday, Monday‑Friday, with morning (10 am‑2 pm) or afternoon (2 pm‑6 pm) slots.
