Cluster Head – Security & Investigation

About the role

Meesho is looking for a senior leader to head the Security and Investigation function for a multi‑state region. You will be responsible for reducing security incidents, preventing fraud, and safeguarding assets across the Fulfillment and Experience ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional Security and Investigations charter, covering multiple states.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Trust & Safety, and central control teams to design short‑ and long‑term loss‑prevention strategies.
• Partner with cluster and area operations to mitigate theft, fraud and high‑impact incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments of sites and operational models, proposing mitigation measures.
• Perform regular security analysis, define and enforce SOPs across nodes.
• Lead on‑ground security and process audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Act as a liaison to intervene during operational disruptions or untoward incidents.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in security, investigations, loss prevention or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive large‑scale initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in risk assessment and audit execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across operations, legal and central teams.
