Club Receptionist – Front of House

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, personable Club Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Soho House Mumbai. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will create memorable experiences and uphold the House’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets.
• Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.
• Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.
• Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.
• Take In‑Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings.
• Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and engaging personality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership, or hospitality is preferred.
