About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role blends clinical reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.

• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare role.
