About the role

Rela Hospital, a leading quaternary care facility in Chennai, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care to patients across a range of specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense and compound medications in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust patient‑specific medication plans.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and intervene when necessary.
• Provide counseling to patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.
• Stay current with advances in pharmacy practice, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a pharmacist.
• Pharm.D degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting is highly advantageous.
