Client Services Manager

About the role

Verticurl is seeking a Client Services Manager to join its Client Servicing team in India. This hybrid position blends account management with hands‑on consulting, acting as a subject‑matter resource on B2B and B2C marketing engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day account activities for a portfolio of B2B and B2C client projects.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal delivery teams, and Verticurl leadership.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, sharing marketing insights and platform performance.
• Support pitch presentations, proposal development and commercial narrative creation.
• Translate client briefs into structured proposal inputs and solutioning documents.
• Provide advisory on marketing best practices, KPI identification and client success planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data‑driven marketing, preferably within an agency or client‑side role.
• Exposure to MarTech/AdTech environments with B2B and B2C engagement experience.
• Familiarity with CRM, CDP, marketing automation, commerce or web analytics platforms.
• Strong Excel and Business Intelligence reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, multi‑agency setting.
