Client Relationship / Experience Executive – Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship / Experience Executive to join our operations team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to hospitals and stakeholders using our teleradiology platform, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and accurately to inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
• Provide comprehensive support to clients and stakeholders, gathering and verifying information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns and service requests.
• Identify priority issues, route calls to appropriate resources, and escalate when necessary.
• Document all call details according to SOPs and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
• Work across multiple internal software platforms and tools in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare IT.
• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (night, early morning, or general).
• Problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
