Client Relations Executive & Clinic Coordinator (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinics in Gurgaon and South Delhi. The role blends client‑relations telesales, medical reception duties, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth, patient‑centered experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and manage front‑desk operations.
• Handle inbound calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient flow, follow‑up communications, and daily clinic activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑focused attitude and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
