Client Onboarding Director – AI Inference & Agentic AI

About the role

Paytm is seeking a Client Onboarding Director to own implementation delivery and client onboarding governance for its AI Inference and Agentic AI products across enterprise clients. This managerial role leads a team of Client Onboarding Managers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales closure to go‑live and early adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery governance for AI agent deployments from sales handoff to go‑live and stabilization.
• Lead implementation planning covering scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Track progress across multiple clients, resolve blockers, and maintain consistent delivery quality.
• Oversee client onboarding: product configuration, data source integration, CRM integration, communication channel setup, user training, and adoption readiness.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, conduct steering committee reviews, and ensure early value realization.
• Identify delivery risks early, build mitigation plans, and run root‑cause analysis for issues.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in implementation delivery, customer onboarding, program management, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading onboarding teams for SaaS, fintech, AI, or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, enterprise architecture, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and multi‑stakeholder implementation programs.
