Client Coordination & Servicing Specialist

About the role

CVanté is seeking a proactive Client Coordination & Servicing Specialist to handle incoming client inquiries, support sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role is based in Gurgaon and offers a client‑facing environment with exposure to sales operations and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage client inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Return sales‑related calls, provide preliminary information, and schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations.
• Act as a coordination bridge between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely handovers.
• Share warm, qualified leads with the sales team and follow up with prospects to support closures and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client data, lead trackers, and CRM records; prepare basic reports and follow‑up logs.
• Assist with routine office administration and documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of experience in client coordination, office management, or servicing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent coordination, follow‑up, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in an on‑site office environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM systems for data management.
