Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations across several locations, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of janitors and supervisors, fostering performance and teamwork.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.

• Prepare and control budgets for labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
