Civil Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for managing daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating manpower, and maintaining accurate site reporting. This position works closely with the Site Engineer to guarantee smooth execution of all civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily work progress and labour productivity.
• Supervise masonry, shuttering, concreting, and finishing operations.
• Ensure efficient material usage with minimal wastage.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and quality checklists.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Enforce safety rules, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with site markings, level checks, and measurements.
• Report any delays, issues, or deficiencies immediately.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI, or a vocational construction course.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in residential or commercial building projects.
• Proven ability to manage labour teams and oversee day‑to‑day execution.
