Civil Site Manager – Gurgaon

About the role

The Site Civil Engineer/Manager will lead all civil construction activities at the Gurgaon site, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily civil construction operations.
• Monitor contractor performance against technical specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Field Quality Plans and ensure timely closure of technical queries.
• Review contractor submissions such as Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and as‑built drawings.
• Provide constructability feedback to engineering teams and support technical coordination with the Civil Engineering Project Management team.
• Prepare regular reports for the General Site Manager and Sub‑Project Manager covering progress, schedule, quality, HSE compliance, risks and resource deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising civil construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and national/international safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project management and engineering teams.
• Commitment to professional and ethical conduct in line with company policies.
