Civil Manager

About the role

The Civil Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate pre‑execution activities to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor progress and provide execution support to site teams.
• Oversee vendor identification, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Mobilize project teams and resources, coordinating engineers, supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, civil work execution, warehouse maintenance, inventory control, and material handling.
• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, storage, and delivery of project materials while optimizing costs.
• Provide technical guidance, review drawings and specifications, and ensure smooth execution.
• Handle end‑to‑end project management from planning through closure, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, site visits, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil project management and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Experience with project planning tools.
• Familiarity with reporting systems.
