Civil Execution Engineer

About the role

The Civil Execution Engineer will supervise and execute construction activities, ensuring they align with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. This role works closely with planning, QA/QC, surveying, procurement, billing teams and subcontractors to deliver civil works efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress, resource deployment, material utilization and productivity on site.
• Ensure work follows method statements, inspection requirements and contractual specifications.
• Resolve on‑site execution issues and maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Verify work quantities, support measurement and billing activities.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Deliver construction milestones within approved timelines while optimizing resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality control processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and manage subcontractors.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
