About the role

The Civil Construction Supervisor will oversee civil works on large‑scale projects, ensuring that quality, safety and efficiency standards are met. This position requires strong communication with internal teams, subcontractors and clients, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities, guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate daily operations with peers, sub‑ordinates, customers and subcontractors.
• Utilise modern digital tools to enhance site productivity and data accuracy.
• Lead the construction team, fostering collaboration and proactive problem‑solving.
• Analyse project data, initiate cost‑control measures and make timely decisions.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Interpret and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the work area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction, preferably on large to mega‑scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Decisive decision‑making skills and proactive resource planning.
• Capability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups and ensure SOP compliance.
