City Head Manager

About the role
Porter is looking for a dynamic leader to own the end‑to‑end business performance of Pune. The City Head will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence and market leadership across the city.
Key responsibilities
- Own the city P&L and drive growth across revenue, profitability, fulfilment and market share.
- Develop and execute city strategies based on local demand patterns, competition and seasonality.
- Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, zones and categories.
- Manage demand, supply, pricing, partner operations, customer experience and city execution.
- Act as the bridge between central functions and city teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
Required profile
- High‑ownership mindset with the ability to influence culture, speed and scale.
- Accountable for business outcomes across multiple functions including demand, supply and partner operations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking to balance short‑term performance with long‑term growth.
