Chef – Healthy High-Protein Meals

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Chef to join MyLeanLab’s kitchen in Varanasi. You will be responsible for creating healthy, high-protein meals that align with our nutrition-focused brand, ensuring every dish meets our quality and taste standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily menus with a focus on balanced, high-protein nutrition.
• Cook dishes according to established recipes, maintaining consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Oversee ingredient preparation, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to minimise waste.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and safety standards, complying with all food-safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality, adjust recipes as needed, and collaborate with management to develop new menu items.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional, health-oriented kitchen.
• Strong understanding of protein sources, nutrition, and healthy cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
