Change Designer – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Change Designer will support Airbus' Digital function in India, driving culture and change initiatives across a hybrid working environment. You will foster cross‑cultural collaboration, promote sustainability best practices, and ensure inclusive, diverse workplaces while aligning with European teams.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage employees to take initiatives beyond deliverables within a hybrid work setting.
• Support transnational teams in improving cross‑cultural collaboration and wellbeing.
• Create an inclusive work environment, focusing on diversity and employee needs.
• Promote sustainability best practices in Digital business and organization.
• Manage local stakeholder relationships, linking engineering, customer services, and Digital teams for collaborative ideas.
• Apply change‑management processes and tools to design adoption strategies for projects and initiatives.
• Drive and support the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of change initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management within a digital or technology context.
• Strong understanding of hybrid working models and cultural transformation.
• Ability to work across India and Europe, facilitating cross‑regional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusive workplace practices.
