Change Communications Manager – Transformation

About the role

ERM is the world’s largest pure‑play sustainability consultancy and is undergoing a major transformation of its services worldwide. The Change Communications Manager will help employees understand this transformation by delivering clear, timely, and actionable internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communication planning and delivery for assigned transformation initiatives.
• Draft and publish internal communications such as emails, Viva Engage posts, Poppulo newsletters, SharePoint/Minerva updates, talking points, and FAQs.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity across internal channels (Viva Engage, Poppulo, SharePoint/Minerva) ensuring consistency with the transformation narrative.
• Plan and execute global or regional town halls, virtual meetings, and other engagement events, including logistics and material preparation.
• Recommend, track, and analyse communication performance using platform analytics and produce insights for improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the strategic direction of senior leadership and shape recommendations with sound judgement.
• Strong understanding of transformation messaging and the capacity to translate complex programme information into simple, consistent messages.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders across multiple countries and time zones.
