About the role

Accredian is seeking a senior faculty member to design and deliver executive‑level strategy programs for senior professionals. The role involves creating high‑impact learning experiences that translate strategic concepts into actionable outcomes for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver sessions on business strategy, competitive advantage, growth, market expansion, and business model innovation, tailored to each executive cohort.
• Lead discussion‑based and simulation‑driven learning experiences that develop strategic thinking as a practiced discipline.
• Develop original case studies, strategic frameworks, and business challenges drawn from diverse industries and geographies.
• Facilitate leadership conversations on transformation, organisational disruption, and adaptive strategy, linking strategic intent with execution realities.
• Challenge participants to pressure‑test assumptions and build well‑reasoned strategic positions using Socratic inquiry and structured debate.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience at the intersection of strategy and leadership (consulting, corporate strategy, or senior management).
• Depth in one or more areas such as business strategy, competitive strategy, growth strategy, market entry, digital transformation, corporate restructuring, or innovation management.
• Proven experience facilitating executive‑level learning for audiences with 10‑25 years of professional experience.
• Ability to synthesize ideas across industries and make strategic frameworks immediately actionable.
• Strong narrative ability and executive presence.
• MBA from a top‑tier institution; doctoral qualification or research credentials are a distinct advantage.
