About the role

Rupeek is seeking a Central Auditor to oversee audit processes across its network of gold‑loan lenders. The role involves analysing large data sets, identifying compliance triggers, and ensuring end‑to‑end resolution of audit issues.

Key responsibilities

Study RBI guidelines, internal policies and lender‑specific audit methodologies.
Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance and lender partner teams to define data requirements.
Work on large databases (e.g., Google Sheets) to verify transactions, record observations and track issues to closure.
Conduct field visits to branches when critical triggers are identified.
Prepare root‑cause analysis reports and present findings to team leaders.

Required profile

MBA in Finance, M.Com or a degree with audit‑related certifications.
4–6 years of relevant audit or compliance experience.
Strong understanding of the gold‑loan industry and its business model.
Ability to analyse data, identify fraud‑prone areas and drive corrective actions.

Required skills

Hands‑on experience with large data sets in Google Sheets.
