Category Management Internship – Women’s Wear (Phoenix)

About the role

The Phoenix program at Myntra offers a six‑month, women‑focused internship designed to help professionals on a career break transition back into the e‑commerce industry. As a Category Management Intern for Women’s Wear, you will work on real‑world projects that influence brand strategy, account performance, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e‑commerce space.
• Develop strategies to expand market share and drive online sales for women’s wear.
• Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with marketplaces, distributors, and vendors.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of e‑commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Monitor account performance, optimise listings and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Build strong client relationships and provide solutions to maximise satisfaction.
• Develop and execute brand‑building strategies to enhance visibility and recognition.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions and content creation.
• Analyse consumer trends and competitor activity to refine brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce management, preferably with exposure to multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
• Passion for fashion and a keen interest in women’s wear trends.
