Cash and Trade Processing Representative

About the role

The Cash and Trade Processing Representative role is an entry‑level position within Citi’s Transaction Services team, responsible for handling cash management and trade processing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash management operations including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock‑box activities.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train new team members.
• Participate in compliance activities to minimize losses and ensure adherence to laws, policies and ethical standards.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs and risk assessment.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in cash management processing or transaction services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong data‑entry skills.
