Carpentry Trainer – Office Fit‑Out Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Trainer to up‑skill our site carpenters for office interior fit‑out projects across the NCR region. The role involves creating a modular training curriculum, delivering hands‑on sessions at our Gurgaon facility and ensuring that deployed workers meet SKV’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a modular carpentry training program covering basic joinery to advanced finishing.
• Conduct classroom and practical training batches, travel to other sites as required.
• Assess trainees through practical tests, record attendance, scores and certification status.
• Teach assembly of modular office furniture, storage units, conference room fittings and reception fixtures.
• Train on site carpentry tasks such as partition framing, door installation, wall paneling, false‑ceiling framing and custom millwork.
• Guide material measurement, cutting layout optimisation and tool maintenance.
• Perform quality inspections and enforce safety and compliance standards on the workshop floor.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry and office interior fit‑out projects.
• Ability to deliver technical training to adult learners.
• Familiarity with reading architectural and shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
