About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Kolkata as a Caribbean Tax Associate. You will support clients across geographies by providing tax planning, compliance, and strategic advice, while developing your technical expertise within a collaborative global team.

Key responsibilities

Prepare tax documents and file accurate tax returns to meet compliance requirements.
Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax regulations.
Analyze financial data to ensure client adherence to tax laws.
Collaborate with team members to improve tax compliance processes and strategies.
Engage in regulatory compliance consulting to minimize non‑compliance risks.
Support senior staff in delivering quality tax services and client engagements.
Participate in training sessions to grow technical and professional skills.
Build commercial awareness to drive client benefits in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Master’s in Commerce.
Minimum 1.2 years of relevant experience.
Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
