About the role

Fineoteric Finance is seeking a full‑time Call Center Telemarketer to join its Mumbai office. You will engage prospective and existing customers over the phone, promote the company’s loan products, and generate qualified leads for the sales and advisory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote financial products and explain loan options.
• Identify customer needs, answer basic queries, and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Record call outcomes, customer information, and lead status in the CRM or call‑management system.
• Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet individual and team targets and share insights on customer trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional phone conversations.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service mindset with appointment‑scheduling experience.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑center software.
• High school diploma required; a degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
