Call Center Representative

About the role

Voice India AI is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its outbound collections team. You will engage customers through phone, WhatsApp and SMS, following structured scripts to generate interest, resolve queries and drive conversions for a range of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers from the assigned database and follow process requirements.
• Prioritise high‑potential leads (Hard Bucket Calling) and conduct follow‑ups to generate interest and conversions.
• Provide accurate information about L&T processes, products and services.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and adhere to scripts, quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Record all interactions, outcomes and commitments in the designated system.
• Track leads through timely follow‑ups until closure or disposition.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, conversion, productivity and revenue targets.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor or team.
• Participate in training, performance reviews and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills with a courteous phone manner.
• Ability to meet defined call volume, quality and productivity targets.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and adherence to scripts.
• Willingness to follow compliance, escalation and confidentiality guidelines.
