Calibration Engineer

About the role

The Calibration Engineer will join Accurate Labs’ NABL‑accredited facility to ensure that all laboratory instruments and equipment remain accurate, reliable, and compliant with internal and industry standards. Working on‑site across multiple locations, you will coordinate calibration activities, minimise instrument downtime, and support quality and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute routine and preventive calibrations for a wide range of laboratory instruments.
• Document calibration results, maintain traceability records, and generate calibration reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or vendor services as required.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, analytical and production teams to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing calibration documentation and evidence of compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in calibration and testing of laboratory instruments.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, cosmetics or related industries.

Required skills

• Calibration of Temperature Bath/Sensor equipment.
• Pressure calibrator operation and verification.
• Dimension/Mechanical calibration techniques.
• Flow, volume and weight calibration expertise.
• HVAC validation and thermal mapping knowledge.
