Butler – Luxury Hospitality (Udaipur)

About the role

Raffles Udaipur is seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver personalized, high‑touch service to our guests throughout their stay. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s legacy of emotional luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customized check‑in procedures, suite setup, orientation and welcome beverage service.
• Provide personalized itinerary and dining recommendations, and anticipate guest needs through observation.
• Orchestrate celebrations and coordinate in‑suite experiences that exceed expectations.
• Manage daily amenities delivery, respond promptly to guest calls and emails, and arrange seamless departures.
• Perform in‑room services such as unpacking, packing, laundry coordination, shoe‑shine, and support for in‑suite dining.
• Resolve guest feedback professionally, escalating to the Head Butler when required.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, in‑suite dining, and front‑office teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, and services, while maintaining security and confidentiality of guest information.
• Adhere to workplace safety, health policies, and property‑specific Standard Operating Procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or equivalent hospitality education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Butler service, luxury hospitality, or high‑end guest services.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections.
