Business Transformation Manager – Lead Strategic Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Transformation Lead to join Popeyes and gain deep exposure to our business operations. You will partner with the Head of Transformation and senior leaders to drive high‑impact projects that shape our growth, profitability, and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute transformation initiatives across multiple functions such as oil consumption reduction, manpower rostering, drop‑chart optimisation, and store auto‑indent processes.
• Act as program manager for a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define transformation strategies and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
• Analyse data to generate actionable insights that support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced business, consulting, transformation, operations or project‑management environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
