Business Immigration Coordinator II (French)

About the role

The Business Immigration Coordinator II provides high‑level support to Fragomen’s Kochi office, handling a wide range of immigration processes for corporate clients. The role requires strong French language skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications and support letters in French.
• Maintain and update Fragomen’s database and client folders.
• Save, upload, and organize case‑related documents and government decisions.
• Identify the appropriate embassy or consulate for each assignee and check appointment availability.
• Draft client communication emails and care letters.
• Participate in case audits, rename and downsize documents, and support company set‑up requests.
• Take on additional projects as required.

Required profile

• High level of French proficiency (minimum B2, ideally C level).
• Strong administrative and data‑entry abilities, demonstrated through work or education.
• Excellent verbal communication and planning skills.
• Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and multitask with limited supervision.
