Business Head – Premium Gym Network

About the role

We are seeking a Business Head to own and grow a premium fitness network in Chandigarh. You will be responsible for the full P&L, driving revenue, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional member experience across all club locations.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for a premium gym network, including revenue growth from memberships, renewals, personal training and ancillary services.
• Maintain cost discipline across manpower, procurement, maintenance and club‑level operating expenses.
• Ensure operational consistency and execution quality across all locations.
• Drive end‑to‑end member experience, retention, service recovery and premium brand delivery.
• Lead and coach club managers, set performance targets and manage network‑wide teams.
• Build systems, dashboards, reviews and accountability rhythms that scale.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs on sales, utilization, staffing, service quality and profitability.
• Identify revenue leaks, implement corrective actions quickly and partner with founders and central teams to improve unit economics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, P&L management, category leadership or multi‑unit operations.
• Strong business ownership mindset with high comfort handling numbers, targets and accountability.
• Proven ability to move quickly between strategy and ground execution.
• Excellent people leadership while maintaining operational sharpness.
• Bias for action, speed and problem‑solving without hand‑holding.
