About the role

Join Airbus India’s Maintenance and Retrofit Solutions department in Bangalore for a 12‑month Business Efficiency & Innovation apprenticeship. You will work on data‑driven projects that improve aircraft maintenance, retrofit solutions, and ground support equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyse large technical and numerical datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
• Propose IT concepts or solutions to address identified efficiency concerns.
• Engineer Computer Vision or Geometric Deep Learning models for automated change detection in CAD assemblies.
• Assist in creating schematics for electronic control units used in automated ground‑support equipment.
• Mine datasets to build interactive dashboards for stakeholder decision‑making.
• Develop predictive models and apply statistical analysis to optimise internal processes.
• Support sensor and microcontroller integration into mechanical systems and participate in prototype assembly and testing.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in digital innovation and aerospace maintenance.
• Analytical mindset capable of handling large, heterogeneous data sources.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
