Business Development Specialist

About the role

Samosa Interactive, a fast‑growing technology company based in Kochi, is looking for a Business Development Specialist to build and lead its B2B sales efforts. You will initially focus on promoting the Samosa Fleet platform to logistics and transportation businesses across Kerala, and later expand to other product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential B2B customers, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and targeted calls.
• Engage directly with business owners and decision‑makers to understand their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions.
• Follow up consistently, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the founding team on sales strategy, market feedback and new opportunities.
• Help design and implement scalable sales processes as the function grows.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, networking and following up.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on attitude with ownership of results.
• Open to both high‑potential early‑career candidates and experienced sales professionals.
