Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be the voice, eyes, and ears of the company, building connections and uncovering new opportunities. You will identify potential customers, spark interest through targeted outreach, and deliver qualified leads that fuel the sales engine. Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers within the target market using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Engage prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads via calls, emails, and social interactions.
• Maintain and update the CRM with detailed prospect information and interaction history.
• Track leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize lead conversion and provide feedback to marketing.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs such as meetings scheduled, leads generated, and revenue influenced.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting progress and challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work US night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Experience with international clientele is a plus.
• Additional foreign language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Leadsquared.
