Business Development & Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Business Development & Partnerships Executive to drive growth for Konkan Explorers, a leading experiential tourism brand in Goa. The role involves building and managing relationships with hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, travel agencies, corporates, schools and event planners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential partners across Goa, representing the brand professionally.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and partnership decks.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships to expand the company’s network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of experiences.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality or tourism.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship‑building mindset and proactive follow‑up.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working in the field.
• Valid driving licence; ownership of a two‑wheeler is preferred.
