Business Development Officer – Brand Growth

About the role

Sahiba Henna Products is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to strengthen brand presence and drive product promotion across all market channels. You will act as the primary brand representative, building B2B relationships with salons, parlours, and retail outlets while supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product presentations and manage in‑store displays and promotional activities.
• Generate leads and establish B2B partnerships with salons, parlours, and marts.
• Represent the brand at client meetings, trade events, and business negotiations.
• Execute promotional campaigns and sales support initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and develop growth strategies.
• Manage strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Development, or Brand Management, preferably in FMCG/beauty.
• Strong understanding of beauty/cosmetics product promotion across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work in a field‑intensive, client‑facing role.
