Business Development Manager

About the role

Trinity Labs and Diagnostics is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to drive growth across its diagnostic, pathology and medical‑tourism services. Based in Panaji, the role focuses on building relationships with clinics, hospitals, corporate partners and international medical‑tourism agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare providers and corporate partners.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and market entry plans.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, ensuring high service standards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Track sales performance, report key metrics and collaborate with internal teams.
• Represent Trinity Labs at industry events, conferences and networking forums.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics or medical tourism.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with medical professionals and international partners.
• Organizational and project‑management capabilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
