Business Development Manager

About the role

Epic Web Service is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its web design, development and digital marketing services. Based on‑site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, you will identify new opportunities, nurture leads and manage the sales pipeline for both domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure project execution meets client expectations.
• Track performance metrics, provide sales forecasts and regular reports.
• Represent Epic Web Service at client meetings, events and online consultations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within an agency, IT services or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research, opportunity analysis and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of web design and development services.
• Experience with Shopify and WordPress platforms.
• Understanding of app development and e‑commerce solutions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, branding and online lead generation.
• Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software and online collaboration platforms.
