Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our corporate catering and food‑service solutions in the Greater Kolkata area. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads across corporate accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Track sales performance, produce forecasts and regular reports for leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging corporate clients.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
