Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Panaji, driving growth for Trinity Labs and Diagnostics. You will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and support the company’s medical tourism and diagnostic services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals and medical tourism agencies.
• Research market trends, monitor competitor activities and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Track sales performance against targets and report results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market needs.
• Plan and execute outreach initiatives, represent the organization at meetings, events and industry forums.
• Provide feedback on pricing, positioning and contribute to long‑term growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics or medical tourism.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse data and create business plans.
• Competence in preparing proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Organisational and time‑management skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of diagnostic services and medical tourism processes is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and partnership development.

• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
