About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Kochi. You will drive new revenue streams, nurture client relationships and work closely with our sales training unit to deliver high‑impact growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
- Design, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales and training teams to improve processes and deliver training programs.
- Analyse market trends, generate leads and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales management or a related field.
- Strong track record in client relationship management, lead generation and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyse market data, identify opportunities and execute strategic plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
- Experience working with sales and training teams is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools.
- Experience with AI‑enabled sales tools (optional but advantageous).
