Junior Project Manager / Key Account Manager (Client Servicing)

About the role

The position is based in Mumbai and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of projects. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, act as single point of contact, and provide consultative recommendations while handling escalations.
• Plan, allocate resources, monitor project quality, and continuously optimize mystery‑shopping programs and other deliverables.
• Control budgets, monitor billing, and produce profitability reports to improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA with a minimum of 4 years experience in client servicing or key account management, preferably in retail, automotive, hospitality or QSR sectors.
• Strong understanding of client business, competition, and industry trends, with ability to interpret legal terms in agreements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation.
