About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our client in the HRTech and recruitment services space. The role focuses on expanding the B2B customer base, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue‑generating solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to understand market trends and tailor proposals that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and other lead‑generation methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from lead generation and presentations to negotiations, proposal creation and deal closure.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer demands and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, product demos and business presentations to decision‑makers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and forecasting reports using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and service agreements.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Prior exposure to HRTech platforms or recruitment services is a plus.
