Business Development Manager – Field Sales (Goa)

About the role
The Business Development Manager will own the end‑to‑end field sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You will work directly with B2B clients such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, gyms and other commercial establishments to promote cooling solutions and grow the customer base for a fast‑growing climate‑tech start‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and cold‑call prospects to generate B2B leads.
- Generate 7–10 qualified leads daily through direct client interactions.
- Achieve regular sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate cooling solutions.
- Collect market feedback and coordinate with internal teams for product improvement.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales or similar experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
